The Report
After the house inspection is completed, you will receive a
written report consisting of:
- Detail of systems and findings
- Summary of major systems
- Summary of maintenance items
- Summary of deficiencies
- General repair suggestions
- Written Structural Opinion * Because we
are a Professional Engineering firm we can give you this opinion.
Home Inspection firms, in general, can not give a written structural
opinion, despite the qualifications of the inspector.
Personal sit down or conference call to review the report is available upon
request.
Our inspection is based on The Standards of Practice as documented in the
handbook, National Academy of Building Inspection Engineers Standards of
Practice for Residential and Small Building Property Condition Surveys as
prepared by National Academy of Building Inspection Engineers (NABIE).

standards our evaluations are based on visual evidence reasonably available
during our inspection. It is not a warranty. Thus our observations and
conclusions may be limited since conditions could exist that would not be known
during our inspection.
